(1) Check the horizontal position of the idler. Centripetal and turning conveyor longitudinal. The degree of noncoincidence of the heart line. If the non-overlap value exceeds 3mm, it should be adjusted by using the long mounting holes on both sides of the idler set. The adjustment method of the tail drum is just opposite to that of the head drum.
(3) Check the position of the material on the conveyor belt. If the material is not centered on the cross-section of the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt will run off. If the material deflects to the right, the belt deflects to the left and vice versa. When used, the material should be centered as far as possible. In order to reduce or avoid such conveyor belt deviation can increase the baffle plate, change the direction and position of the material.
