Installation and commissioning of chain conveyor

Chain plate conveyor is mainly used to transport non-viscous loose, granular and small block materials, is a kind of fixed conveyor equipment. Chain plate flange height is generally 80 ~ 120mm, in the design according to the conveying material and throughput can be appropriate change, the Angle is generally not greater than 15°, to prevent too much leakage, the power device in the chain plate machine head, assembly form according to user requirements change. Conveying speed to 8 ~ 10m/min is appropriate.

Installation and commissioning of chain conveyor

First, the installation of chain plate conveyor

Install the frame of the chain plate conveyor. The installation of the frame starts from the top frame, and then installs the middle frame of each section successively, and finally installs the tail frame. Before installing the frame, first pull the center line on the full length of the conveyor, because to keep the center line of the chain plate conveyor factory in the line is an important condition for the normal operation of the Conveyor Belt, so in the installation of each section of the frame, must be aligned with the center line, but also to build the shelf leveling, the allowable error of the frame on the center line, per meter length is ±0.1mm. However, the error of the frame center on the full length of the conveyor shall not exceed 35mm. When all the sections are installed and identified, the sections can be connected.

Commissioning of chain conveyor

1. After the comprehensive inspection and confirmation of all the systems of the equipment, the equipment will be debugger in no-load first. After all the faults are removed, the no-load running test will be carried out for 10-20 hours, and then the load test car will be carried out.

2, driving sprocket, tail wheel teeth and traction chain, single-layer chain conveyor, whether in the normal mesh state of work. If the difference is very large, can twist the active sprocket, passive sprocket bearing seat bolt, slightly adjust the active sprocket, passive sprocket center line position.

3, adjust the tensioning device, so that the initial tension of the two traction chain is balanced and moderate, when the initial tension is too large, it will increase power consumption; If it is too small, it will affect the normal meshing of sprocket and traction chain and increase the instability in operation.

4, check all the walking roller, whether the rotation is flexible. If there are stuck rails and sliding phenomenon, should be replaced immediately or troubleshooting.

5. In operation, if there are stuck and forced mechanical friction and other phenomena of each moving component, it should be immediately excluded.
