These features simplify and speed up the cleaning process - the roll spacing can be easily accessed with hot water and air pressure.
Some of the conveyor system frames that are bolted together have gone a step further by eliminating the steel bending by 90 degrees. The strength of these steels is bent at 45 degrees, allowing the food particles to fall on the conveyor belt to pass through.
Another conveyor design improves the hygienic horizontal framing surface, minimizing the amount of contaminant that can be collected.
The One system has been incorporated into the USDA and BISSC (Petcake Industry Health Standards Committee) standards to their design and construction.
